  • Payment is due at the time of purchase through our authorized payment processors.
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3.2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our personalized reports, refunds are generally not provided once the report has been generated and delivered to your account or email. If you experience technical issues, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.
